Customers are responsible for any import duties, additional fees after item gets shipped. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.
Secured payment for our jewellery pieces can be made through our website. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
All sales are final and jewellery items are not eligible for exchange or return.

We complete a quality check and inspection process before any piece is sent to our clients.
In the unlikely event of an incorrect or faulty order, you must email and notify us as soon as the delivery of an item is accepted.

If your size is currently unavailable or you require a custom size, we offer special orders. Please reach out to us for further assistance.
If you would like to place a special order for an item currently unavailable or on backorder, please get in touch we are happy to assist you.
Please note that the lead time to produce each design varies due to the handcrafted nature of the item.
Concierge Services: After we have confirmed your order and the full balance of the payment has been made, we will prepare your order for shipping.
Commission Design: Once the custom design is agreed upon, a deposit is required before we begin with the crafting process.
Bespoke Wedding: Please contact us so we can better personalise our services for your special celebration.
All deliveries require a signature. Upon signing for a package, the customer takes responsibility for the shipment.
We are able to ship to most worldwide locations via our trusted carriers. Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses, or hotels.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any fees incurred on the cost of returning the package.

DELIVERY & TRACKING
For items that are available to ship, orders may take up to 2 to 3 days to be processed for shipping. Once item leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
